Blow the Candle
This breathing exercise helps you develop steady breath control — the foundation of healthy, beautiful singing.
Your goal is to blow out the “candle” slowly and smoothly, without gasping or pushing.
Start with a deep, low breath, then exhale in one gentle stream as if you’re blowing out a candle in slow motion.
