We're so excited to have you as part of Voices Live. This page has everything you'll need before the concert. We'll keep it updated as we get closer to the event, so feel free to check back anytime.
Registration
To take part in Voices Live, please complete the registration form below.
To help cover the cost of bringing Voices Live together—including venue hire, professional audio equipment, stage hire, transportation and other event expenses—we ask each performer to make a contribution as part of the registration process.
Please complete your registration by 15 August. Once you've registered, your name will appear in the performer list below.

Pre-Concert Warm-Up
Before we head to the venue, we'll be holding an optional group warm-up at WONA Singing Studio.
Location: WONA Singing Studio
2/308 Beach Rd, Black Rock
Time: 1:00pm
Photos & Videos
The concert will be professionally filmed throughout the evening.
Each performer will receive a video of their performance approximately two week after the concert.
All photos and videos are intended for the personal use of our performers and their families. We value your privacy, and no photos or videos featuring you will be shared on our website or social media without your permission.
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed at all, please let me know before the event.
Performance Information
Voices Live is presented in two parts:
Kids Showcase
Adults & Teens Showcase
The full running order will be published here one week before the concert.
Please aim to arrive by 6:00 pm so everyone is settled before the concert begins.
Parking & Venue
The concert will be held at Black Rock Yacht Club, located at 10 Cerberus Way, Black Rock VIC.
The Yacht Club has a paid parking lot available. If you'd prefer free parking, there is also free street parking along Beach Road and the surrounding streets, just a short walk from the venue.
We'll update this section with any additional venue information as we get closer to the concert.
