 Let It Go

This exercise will help you improve:

Agility
Smooth and quick movement across 5 descending notes

Pitch Accuracy
Hitting each note clearly without sliding

Vowel Transitions
Keeping the sound smooth and connected

Breath Control
Singing the full phrase on one steady breath

Riff Foundations
Builds muscle memory for 3-note vocal riffs and runs

By practicing this pattern regularly, you're training your voice (and brain) to handle faster riffs with more control and confidence.

How to Practice This Exercise

Step 1: Start Slow (Seriously.)

Use the slow version with my voice.

Sing it while doing easy stuff like:

-Washing dishes

-Folding clothes

-Doing your skincare

Don’t treat it like homework — just vibe with it.

Step 2: Repeat It Over a Few Days

Repetition = memory.

Your brain needs time + sleep to lock in the pattern.

It should feel automatic and easy before moving on.

Lower Voices Full Version SlowTatiana

Step 3: Try It Without Me

Once the pattern’s in your body, use the music-only version.

Sing along solo — same tempo, same notes.

Step 4: Level Up (Only If You’re Ready)

Move to the faster version only when:

Every note is clean

No sliding or guessing

You feel relaxed and confident

Go Even Faster

Upper Voices/FasterTatiana

Lower Voices/FasterTatiana

Don’t rush. Fast doesn’t mean better.
You’re training muscle memory for future riffs — not racing anyone.
